If you are not satisfied with the product at any time, please contact the seller where you purchased the product. If you still need help, please contact Silver Honey® customer service via email: customerservice@silverhoney.com OR via phone: 800-628-9653.

At the time of the request, please provide: the name of the product, where it was purchased, the Lot Code # on the package if available, and the price at time of purchase. You will also need to provide your full name and shipping address. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose other than in completing your refund or exchange. You can request either a replacement product at no cost, or a full refund. For a refund, a check will be mailed to you. For an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped directly to you at no cost. This policy is good for the lifetime of the product and until it expires as noted on the packaging. In certain cases, we will exchange your expired product for fresh product. Most returns and refunds will be processed and mailed within 10 days.
