Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

The Silver Honey Warehouse Team packs and ships your orders daily (Monday - Friday) with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders received during a holiday or weekend will be processed on the following business day. 

SHIP-TO COUNTRIES

Orders placed on silverhoney.com will only be shipped to the United States of America. For orders outside of the USA, please find a local retailer or website that ships to your country. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

All orders totaling $35.00 or more ship for free. Shipping for orders under $35.00 are variable, and are calculated using the shipment weight, shape, and destination at checkout. State taxes are also calculated at time of checkout. 

CHECK ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@silverhoney.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
